In 2008, God moved Barry and his family to Philadelphia to minister at Grace Covenant Church as a preparatory step to moving to Boston. In June 2010, Barry, his wife Sunny, and two boys (Caleb and Micah), and six team members moved to Boston to plant Symphony Church.
Pastor Keith Park
After pioneering ministries with several campus groups, along with the ACTS Fellowship and Petra churches in Canada, Keith Park arrives at this point a well-traveled man of a wide range of experiences. An alumnus of Fuller Theological Seminary, he came to California with a very real commitment to a holistic approach to Christian service. Never content to simply "go with the flow", Keith Park is driven to lead a church that is clear in purpose - the salvation of souls and the inward/outward healing of broken people. It is his sincere prayer that Southland would be a church of warmth and open doors but more importantly, a place where people meet and experience God. With His wife as a faithful partner in ministry, he is raising two quickly growing sons, Calvin and Joel.

Pastor Victor Kim
In 1982, Pastor Victor Kim visited New York for the first time. "I was told that this was the greatest city in the world and when I saw Manhattan, I wanted to believe it.... I prayed to God that New York City would be where I would ultimately end up doing my ministry..." Two decades later, his vision for the city continues today at the Remnant Church. Pastor Victor's vision for the church and city has remained steady. He sees many people, "busily going about their work, making money, spending money and totally neglecting God." He wants to understand the "spiritual temperature" of the city, and appropriately offer God's alternative to the temporal and material of the city. Striving to know His will, Pastor Victor's vision is to make people aware of God. He's hopeful that within the contexts of worship and praise, God will manifest among His people to encourage a radical transformation that goes beyond the doors of the Remnant and into the city.
Pastor Young Kim

Pastor Young and his wife Annette currently reside in Pennsylvania with their three children: Sarah, Daniel, and Isaiah.
